You might have noticed I've not been able to blog as frequently this year as in years past. It's been a very good as our law practice has grown in numbers and areas of practice. However, my first obligations are to my clients and my family. As Eric Turkewitz noted earlier this year, blogging is luxury and it takes its place, appropriately, at the end of the line. The list of most popular posts appears to reflect the deceleration of my blogging schedule as several "older" posts make it back into the top 10 this year.
