Joplin, Missouri was hit Sunday by a massive tornado that left a mile wide and six mile long path of destruction. Officials have declared at least 89 people killed following the storm.
The Missouri Association Trial Attorneys will have its Emergency Response Teams on site as soon as requested by the Red Cross. MATA and the Red Cross have teamed up for several years to provide free emergency legal services to disaster victims through MATA’s Missouri Trial Lawyers Care (MoTLC) program and Emergency Response Teams.
