Reports are coming in that the Supreme Court led by Chief Justice John Roberts upheld the Affordable Healthcare Act, commonly referred to as "Obamacare". Reports suggest the individual mandate was upheld under Congress's taxing authority, but not under the Commerce Clause. Roberts joined Justices Kagan, Ginsberg, Breyer, and Sotomayor in upholding the healthcare law.
