Reports are coming in that the Supreme Court led by Chief Justice John Roberts upheld the Affordable Healthcare Act, commonly referred to as "Obamacare". Reports suggest the individual mandate was upheld under Congress's taxing authority, but not under the Commerce Clause. Roberts joined Justices Kagan, Ginsberg, Breyer, and Sotomayor in upholding the healthcare law.

What do you think of the decision? What do you think of the news coverage and many false reports in the race to break the story first?

Thank you Justice roberts. It is wonderful to see a person do what is right and not make decisions because of political pressure. I am a republican and proud that youvoted for what was right.

It should make evry American have hope that this country can once again count on the leaders in this country!
